PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electrical brush causing no untwisting at a cut end of a lead wire when cutting. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of an electric brush, a brush main body is formed by pressing raw material powder while embedding an end of a twisted wire 3 for a lead wire rendered from a reel, thereafter by cutting the lead wire by shearing action, the twisted wire 3 for a lead wire is electrically welded right under the cutting position simultaneously. When the twisted wire 3 is cut by a shearing action of a pair of cutting blades, it is electrically welded right under the cutting position simultaneously, being energized while being clamped by a pair of electrodes. Thus untwisting does not occur at the cut end during cutting the wire.
