PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static induction electromagnetic equipment which requires little resource and has little oscillation or noise, without deteriorating the cooling efficiency or temperature increase of the static induction electromagnetic equipment. SOLUTION: A static induction electromagnetic equipment can be realized, which is provided with a transformer main unit 3 having an iron core 5 and a coil 4, a transformer case 2 provided with the transformer unit 3 and insulating oil 6 infused into the transformer case 2 and which has a superior heat radiating efficiency and oscillation protecting and noise protecting effects by providing an oscillation protecting rubber 7 between the transformer unit 3 and a case bottom plate recess 2c, and by suppressing the oscillations which propagate from the transformer unit 3 to a case bottom plate 2b.
