PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace a bearing member without removing a driving transmission transmission member installed on an outer end part of a shaft part of a roll by constituting one and/or the other of a pair of support bodies to be engaged with guide surfaces of both sides of a pair of the U shaped bearing members. SOLUTION: Positional regulation of bearing members 20, 21 is released by removing one and/or the other of a pair of support bodies 19 installed in an interval of a crossbeam 16 free to connect and disconnect at first in the case of replacing the bearing members 20, 21 due to abrasion or damage, etc., accompanying change with the lapse of time. The upper part U shaped bearing member 21 is retreated while rotating it to either of right and left in the interval with the cross beam 16 on an upper part by lifting up an outer end of a roll shaft part 5 after removing a chain presser when the bearing members 20, 21 to be replaced are on the driving side suppo supporting an upper part feeding roll 3. Consequently, it is possible to reduce time and labour without removing a power transmission part set on an extension of a shaft part of the upper and lower feeding rolls each time.
