PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain stability of fastening torque and to eliminate relaxation of a screw by inserting a non-metallic springing member in a recessed part of a bearing surface of a bolt head part. SOLUTION: As a recessed part 12 is formed on the bearing surface of a bolt head part 11 and a non-metallic springing member 13 formed on B thicker than depth A of the recessed part 12 and screw-fastened, the non-metallic springing member 13 is compressed in accordance with screw-fastening and comes to be in a state to be adhered on a fastening member 14, and as especially, a soft material such as rubber, urethane, nylon, etc., is used as the non-metallic springing member 13, adhesivity to a fastening member surface is secured even in the case when irregularities, etc., exist on the fastening member 14, and furthermore, adhesivity to the fastening member surface is still more improved in comparison with an example of using a conventional plate spring washer, etc. Consequently, it is possible to secure stability of fastening torque and to prevent relaxation of a screw in comparison with the conventional example.
