PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a necessary cooling water flow rate without increasing the lifting of a water pump. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a water pump 1 having a supply port 8 for supplying cooling water, a first discharge port 9 for discharging the supplied cooling water to an engine 2 side, and a second discharge port 10 for discharging the supplied cooling water to a radiator 3 side. This device is further provided with a thermostat 4 for shutting off the radiator 3 from the supply port 8 when the temperature of the cooling water is equal to a specified temperature or lower while communicating the engine 2 with the supply port 8, and communicating the radiator 3 and the supply port 6 with each other and the engine 2 and the supply port 8 with each other when the temperature of the cooling water is higher than the specified temperature.
