PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply lubricating oil to a scroll compressor by preventing the excessive increase of the amount of lubricating oil supplied to a compression mechanism without reducing the passage sectional area of a communication path so as to prevent the clogging of foreign objects in the communication path. SOLUTION: This compressor is constructed in such a manner that an oil passage 220 is formed to communicate an operation room V with an oil storage part 210, and the opening part 221 of the operation room V side of the oil passage 220 is opened to be communicated with, among a plurality of operation rooms V, one where an inner pressure P changes from a specified pressure Po lower than the pressure Pd of the oil storage part 210 to the pressure Pd or higher. Thus, since lubricating oil is supplied only to, among the plurality of operation rooms V, one where the pressure Pd is higher than the inner pressure P of the operation room V, the lubricating oil is intermittently supplied to a compression mechanism Cp. Therefore since the excessive supplying of lubricating oil is prevented without reducing the passage sectional area of the oil passage 220, the clogging of foreign objects in the oil passage 220 is prevented. Further, since lubricating oil is stably supplied to the compression mechanism Cp, the performance and reliability of the compressor are improved.
