PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating device for combining a pneumatic assistance device with rotational inertia force of a flywheel, maintaining persistent accelerating rotation of the flywheel to output power. SOLUTION: With a power outputting part of a flywheel, an air compressor 30 is driven to generate compressed air to input the compressed air in an air motor 51 of a pneumatic assistance device, and an outputted power is reduced to the flywheel to accelerate the uninterrupted rotation of the flywheel 20 by inertia force. The flywheel 20 is simultaneously interlocked with a cam type control device to control the compressed air so that it is continuously supplied to the air motor 51 in order to drive the flywheel. Furthermore, a weight increasing body 29 and a power increasing device for striking the flywheel when the flywheel is rotated to reach a fixed angle, and then increasing pitch of inertia force, are provided in the flywheel 20.
