PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display the time data which substantially show the time when the management data are acquired by preparing a time acquisition step where the time data showing the time when the management data are received are acquired, an information conversion step where both management and time data are converted into each prescribed display form, etc. SOLUTION: It is checked whether or not the requested management data to be displayed are stored in a cache file (S601). If the said management data are stored in the cache file, the acquisition time data on the management data stored in the cache file are compared with the system time (current time) of a WWW server (S602). If the management data are equal to the information that is acquired within a specific period set based on the current time, the information is acquired for the requested management data (S604). Then the acquisition time data on the management data stored in the cache file are read out (S605). The acquisition time data are converted into a form that can be displayed on a WWW browser and then outputted to end this processing (S606).
