摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high luminance, long life and low voltage driving by forming a layer adjacent to an anode in an organic luminescent band, by using a luminescent material including diphenylamino allylene having a styrylamino group or its mixture. SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescent element is formed by comprising at least an anode, an organic luminescent band and a cathode as the structural elements. A layer adjacent to the anode in an organic thin film layer where the organic luminescent band forms a luminescent band in adjacent to the anode, is formed by using a hole transporting luminescent material including a material represented by formula I singly or as a mixture. In the formula, Ar1 is an optionally substituted 5-42C arylene group, Ar2-Ar5 are independently optionally substituted 6-20C aryl group, and at least one of them is a styryl group represented by formula (II) (R1-R17 are independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an amino group, a hydroxy group, a cyano group, a nitro group, a 1-6C alkyl or alkoxy group, or 6-18C aryl or aryloxy group).
