PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a public exchange to specify a user by a communication equipment and an information processing terminal with a communication function the user of which desires call-incoming, and to enable the user to receive the call-incoming to his/her desiring communication equipment or terminal by the same number of a portable telephone set. SOLUTION: The same operation as the authentication operation of the portable telephone set 6 executed by the public exchange 7 is executed in a data card 8 loaded on a communication controller 1 and the operation result is sent to the exchange 7 by a first sending means 101. Thus, when both operation results are matched with each other, the results are sent to the controller 1 from a second sending means 71 to finish position register. In addition, when a call incomes to the portable telephone set 6, the call incoming signal is transferred from the means 71 to the means 101 so that the call incomes from the exchange 7 to the controller 1. When the exchange 7 collates the both results of authentication operation and they are matched, the call is terminated from the portable telephone set 6 to the communication equipment 2 or the information terminal 3.
