PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for flexible board positioning the flexible board by interlocking with swinging of a rocking member. SOLUTION: A rocking member installed swingably on a pair of arm parts 10a arranged in a housing is furnished with a resilient member to make resilient contact with a flexible board 12 in a predetermined swinging attitude, and a gap is formed so that the flexible board 12 can be inserted between the rocking member and the mounting surface of the housing in other swinging attitude. The arms 10a are furnished with positioning pins 28 to be inserted in small holes 12a provided in the board 12. The pins 28 are abutted to the cam face 34a of a cam member 34 interlocking with the swinging motion of the rocking member and inserted into the holes 12a prior to resilient contacting of the resilient member with the board 12 interlocking with the rocking member swinging from the predetermined swinging attitude to other swinging attitude so that the positioning of the board 12 is established.
