When a motor 6 is driven and a high static fan 5 is rotated, air flows in from a hole 2a of a nozzle 2 and passes and flows through the interval between the nozzle 2 and the culture medium K. At this time, by setting the distance between the medium and the nozzle to 0.5-1.5 mm, a high collection efficiency can be retained.
