PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate moving back processing for correcting an incorrect printing by making the generation of abnormal document data visually recognizable soon at a designing stage. SOLUTION: A document data storing memory 15 stores a group of document data after giving an abnormal information to abnormal document data. A document data storing means 13 stores document data in the memory 15. A designing position/size correcting means 12 corrects the position and size of document data, which are inputted by the control of a picture input/display control means 11, by the sizes of lines and columns. A document data inspecting means 14 inspects the presence/absence of generation of abnormal document data by referring to document data after correction by the means 12 and existent document data in the memory 15. The means 11 informs a user of the generation of abnormal document data detected by the inspection by the means 14 through a picture inputting/outputting device 20.
