PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and lightweight pressure reducing device. SOLUTION: A first pressure reducing valve 5 and a second pressure reducing valve 6 are connected in series in a housing 2. The first pressure reducing valve 5 opens or closes a first pressure reducing member 16 to a first valve seat 18 via the balance between the exciting force of a first opening spring 21 and the closing pressure applied to a first piston 12. The second pressure reducing valve 6 opens or closes a second pressure reducing member 36 to a second valve seat 38 via the balance between the exciting force of a second opening spring 41 and the closing pressure applied to a second piston 32. The second pressure reducing chamber 37 of the second pressure reducing valve 6 is formed in the first piston 12 of the first pressure reducing valve 5, and the second pressure reducing member 36 is inserted into the second pressure reducing chamber 37. The second pressure reducing member 36, the second valve seat 38 and the second piston 32 are arranged in sequence in a straight line shape.
