PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly discharge air bubbles from the inside of a pump room by using a liquid feeding pressure control part to control the operation of a plunger and repeating a discharging step by a low liquid feeding pressure equal to or lower than a preset liquid feeding pressure reference value for several cycles. SOLUTION: When a liquid feeding pressure fluctuation monitor part 36 continuously detects liquid feeding pressure fluctuation exceeding a liquid feeding pressure reference value for a fixed period, a liquid feeding pressure control part 38 stops a motor 14 at a specified position in the discharging zone of a pump room 4a, and performs the discharging step of the pump room 4a while suppressing the increase of a liquid feeding pressure when the liquid feeding pressure becomes equal to the liquid feeding pressure reference value. After the discharging step of the pump room 4a is completed, the suction step of the pump room 4a is performed by the motor rotational speed of normal liquid feeding time, and the discharging by the low liquid feeding pressure is repeated in a next discharge zone. Then, by the liquid feeding pressure control part 38, liquid feeding is carried out by the discharging flow speed of a normal liquid feeding time.
