PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve acceleration efficiency remarkably by eliminating the influence of a phase variation in a short period region to which phase feedback control can not perfectly respond. SOLUTION: A cathode voltage detector 24 outputs a detection signal of the cathode voltage of a Klystron 9 to a correction signal output circuit 25. At that time, a phase difference detector 19 outputs a signal showing a steep phase variation to which feedback control in a short period region can not perfectly respond. The correction signal output circuit 25 outputs a correction signal to cancel the steep phase variation based on the signal from the cathode voltage detector 24. An adder 26 outputs, to a control-purpose phase shifter 14, a signal formed by adding the correction signal to a signal from a phase control circuit 20.
