<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube fixing material completely fixing a tube for boring a perpendicular hole on the concrete structure of a concrete wall at the prescribed position and preventing a position shift by pressure when concrete is placed. SOLUTION: This tube fixing material of a tube is used for boring a perpendicular hole for a column portion when a guard rail, a guard rope or a fence is installed on the concrete structure of a concrete wall.
