PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a settling technique for moving the amount equivalent to a commodity X from the account in the name of Mz to the account in the name of a provider Mx of the commodity X in a banking facility Mb. SOLUTION: The settling system is provided with a CPU C of the provider Mx of X, a CPU B, a terminal device A and a CPU E to move the amount equivalent to the commodity X from the account in the name of Mz to the account in the name of Mx in the banking facility Mb when Mz purchases the X. In this case, CPU E compares the purchasing information and purchasing information transmitted from CPU C with each other, and in the case of coincidence, transmits information concerning the account of Mz to CPU B, which compares information concerning the account of the Mz and information concerning the retaining account of Mz with each other. At the time of coincidence, CPU E makes CPU B instruct for securing of the amount equivalent to the merchandise (or service) X in the account in the name of Mx from the account in the name of Mz in the case where it is possible to secure the amount equivalent to the X from the account in the name of Mz. |
