PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the distribution management and the office work processing of a vehicle by speedily and accurately displaying data on the vehicle by a simple inputting operation of identifying conditions. SOLUTION: A vehicle information storing means 12 and a data display means 14 are provided and the means 12 stores vehicle identifying conditions 16 for specifying individual vehicles and data information 18 on the performance and equipments of the vehicle in a data base 20 by relating to each other. The means 14 inputs one or plural conditions 16 to fetch data information 18 on a specific vehicle from the data base 20 to display on a screen 22 or by a printer 24. As the conditions 16, all or a part of a maker name, a vehicle model, a shape, a type, shift, grade, a full type number, a chassis number, a manufacturing year and a body color at the time of being a new car are used. |
