PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a backup device which enables smooth replacement by new device of a system monitor board. SOLUTION: An engineering work station 22, which is connected to a computer system which has a system monitor board 5 which displays obtained information after the information is processed by system board servers 3 and 4 and an instruction desk 6, which displays obtained information in accordance with the manipulation of an operator, after the information is processed by supervisory control servers 1 and 2 and has a function that displays a predetermined system diagram on a graphic display device 23 by push-button manipulation of the instruction desk 6 and a display unit 24, which receives video signal of the engineering work station 22, enlarges the picture of the signal and displays the screen are provided.
