PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the eccentricity-measuring device of an optical connector for easily measuring the eccentricity of the core part of an optical fiber being inserted into the fiber hole and for reducing the measurement time. SOLUTION: A device is provided with a light transmission stage 101 that is formed by glass or the like, a positioning tool 102 that is fixed on the stage 101, a light source 103 for projecting light from the lower portion of the stage 101, a CCD camera 104 that is an image pick-up means being arranged at the upper portion of the stage 101, and an arithmetic unit 105 for calculating the amount of eccentricity of an optical connector. The center position of a fiber hole 111 is calculated based on the image information on transmission illumination light from the fiber hole 111 whose image is picked up by the CCD camera 104 and the position information on the stage 101 that is detected by a laser length-measuring device 108 is calculated by the arithmetic unit 105. Then, the amount of eccentricity of the fiber hole 111 is calculated based on the center position of the positioning hole 114 obtained in advance and that of the fiber hole 111.
