PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit information from a control computer to a management computer without losing the information by fetching the information when the management computer detects the information in a transmission information area of the control computer. SOLUTION: A management computer program performs monitoring cycle delay processing (P1) in order to monitor by the cycle, then performs transmission information monitoring (P2) and decides whether there is the transmission information or not (P3). Then, when there is no transmission information (31), a leading part of a program is returned to and the program stands by until the next cycle. When there is the transmission information (32), the transmission information is fetched (P4) and is accumulated in display of the information or a storage means. After that, transmission information clear (P5) is performed, a state is entered in which it is displayed that all the information to be transmitted to a management computer from a control computer is fetched, the program returns to its leading part (33) and stands by until the next cycle.
