PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection television that workability is excellent when a cathode-ray tube is fitted and the unit price and the die price of a spacer can be reduced. SOLUTION: The projection television is provided with the cathode-ray tube 1, a projection lens 2, liquid for cooling 3, a frame body 4 for enclosing the liquid for cooling, a packing 5a for a cathode-ray tube and a packing 5b for a lens. Besides, a pair of spacers 6a are arranged at the left and the right positions of a screen between the frame body 4 and the front panel of the tube 1. A pair of spacers 6a have respectively prescribed thickness in order to arrange the lens 2 by forming a prescribed angle with respect to the panel 1a of the tube 1. Besides, the spacers 6a are provided with long length close to the length of the short side of the screen of the tube 1. Then, two spacers 6a are arranged at the left and the right positions of the tube 1.
