PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily display related information on systems and/or equipment by displaying the solid structure of a plant three-dimensionally, displaying the operation status of equipment, the flow status of cooling water in piping, and the like, and performing display while relating a display screen to a design screen and/or ITV image. SOLUTION: For the data of a three-dimensional plant design data storage part 1, a three-dimensional CAD in designing can be utilized. A plurality of ITV cameras 31 are installed at a plant, and an ITV image capture part 32 captures the image of the camera 31 periodically and stores it at an ITV image storage part 3. Data required for predetermined plant operation is stored at a plant data storage part 4. The data of a corresponding relationship storage part 6 indicates the relationship between equipment and piping in a three- dimensional display and equipment and piping on a design drawing and an ITV image and is created in advance. The corresponding relationship data is used when the display screen of the design drawing and/or ITV image display screen is to be displayed in addition to the three-dimensional display screen by a display control part 5.
