PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce the height of a hopper device by fixing a first gear means to the projecting end of the rotary shaft of an electric motor means and connecting the first gear means and a second gear means with each other. SOLUTION: An electric connector 12 is fixed to one end part of a rectangular bottom board 11 with a screw 13 and an electric motor 15 is fixed to the other end of the board 11 with a screw while being erected. Then, a small gear 16 is externally fitted to the projecting rotary shaft positioned under the electric motor and a large gear 25 is internally rotatably mounted through middle gears 17 and 22. Thus, the gear 16 is rotated by the motor 15, the gear 17, namely a small gear 21, is rotated by the gear 16. In addition, the gear 22, namely a gear 23, is rotated by the gear 21 and the gear 25 rotates a disk 41 by inserting the rotary shaft 26.
