PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouse pad with which the idling of a ball hardly occurs even in the case of use for a long time and the feelings of use are not changed. SOLUTION: Concerning a mouse pad 1, plating layers 2 and 3 are provided on the surface of a sheet 5. The sheet 5 is composed of steel and its outline shape is rectangular. Plating is composed of a base plating layer 2 and a surface plating layer 3. The base plating layer 2 is nickel plating of about 10μm. The surface plating layer 3 is chrome plating.
