PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back focus adjusting mechanism of a television camera device by which the adjustment of back focus is facilitated without turning a lens mount. SOLUTION: This back focus adjusting mechanism is constituted of a front panel 10, a lens mount 20, an adjustment ring 30 and a cover panel, and the lens mount 20 where the adjustment ring 30 is screwed to an outer peripheral external thread 20c is inserted into the front panel 10 and abuts on a step 10b, and the through-hole 40d of the cover panel is fitted to the protrusion 10c of the front panel, and also after it is fixed at the screw hole 10d of the front panel through the through-hole 40c, it is fixed to the housing of the television camera device through the screw hole 10f of the side face of the front panel.
