PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information provision system which can acquire individual information regarding the scene specified with a key word from a host computer as the story of a program is advanced. SOLUTION: When the key word is inputted to the host computer 4 through a communication means as the story of the program recorded on a recording medium is advanced, the host computer 4 provides the individual information regarding the scene specified with the key word through the communication means. When this system is used for, e.g. a game, information can be provided, scene by scene, by actually using the communication means as the game is advanced, so that reality that can not be obtained through only controller operation can be given.
