PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe screw joint containing 10% or above chrome and capable of being used while causing no seizure during repeated fastening and loosening without using a liquid lubricant such as grease. SOLUTION: This high chrome steel pipe screw joint is formed with a pin 2 constituted of a male screw and a threadless metal contact section and a box 1 constituted of a box and a threadless contact section. A substrate layer processed with oxalic acid is provided at least on the contact surface of the box 1 or the pin 2, and a resin film layer dispersion-mixed with at least one of molybdenum disulfide and tungsten disulfide powder in a resin is formed on this surface.
