PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten frequency search time, to reduce power consumption and to quickly establish synchronization without the need of a special setting operation. SOLUTION: A storage part 105 stores plural frequencies corresponding to respective areas. A synchronous frequency storage part 112 respectively stores the number of times of establishing the synchronization at the sampling time together with the sampling time for the respective frequencies. A reception frequency control part 110 searches the frequency in the order of the frequency from the one of the large number of times of establishing the synchronization at the sampling time closest to the search start time which is the time of starting frequency search when the frequency search is started. Thus, without the need of the special setting operation, the time required for the frequency search is suppressed to be short. Thus, the possibility of missing calling is reduced and useless power consumption required for the frequency search is suppressed.
