PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure in which a jarring noise is not generated, even in a high-speed operation. SOLUTION: A sun gear 11a, a ring gear 10a and planetary gears 12a, 12a are made of a synthetic resin. In addition, axles 24, 24, in which the planetary gears 12a, 12a are installed at a carrier 13a, are supported by ball bearings 24, 24 which have a position gap inside. A noise is hard to be generated in parts, in which the synthetic resin gears 11a, 10a, 12a are engaged. In addition, since the respective ball bearings 25, 25 correct misalignment, the generation of noise can be prevented effectively.
