PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent misalignment between a contact terminal on a flexible film and a wiring such as a conduct pattern to facilitate the connection, by forming an insulating film for preventing any misalignment in a given range around an edge of a connection counterpart side at a connection position of either of the contact terminal and the wiring. SOLUTION: An electric component inspecting socket 5 is constituted by sandwiching an anisotropic conductive sheet 8 between a flexible film 6 and a glass board 7 and by overlapping the film 6 and the glass board 7. A misalignment preventing insulating film 20 for preventing any misalignment of a contact terminal from each extending end 9b is formed in a given range around both edges of respective connections 16a of a conductor pattern on a glass board 7. When the extending end 9b of the contact terminal on the flexible film 6 is connected with the connections 16a of the conductor pattern on the glass board 7, the misalignment preventing insulating film 20 is positioned so as to guide an edge in the width direction of the extending end 9a of the contact terminal to the upper surface of the connections 16a.
