PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a wiring breaker to be a power source for feeding a power to a connected apparatus, without stopping the power feeding. SOLUTION: In the power circuit identifier, plugs or clips are mounted on connecting terminals 3, 4 to be connected to a circuit under test, and when a switch SWa is set on, a flicker circuit 6 is actuated to blink an indicator mounted on a display 8. Using the power circuit identifier, an a-c clamp meter is connected to the sec. wiring of a wiring breaker of a distribution board, etc., the power source for a circuit under test, thereby identifying the wiring breaker at the power source.
