PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brick laying work to perform safe lifting of even a block brick having structure apt to collapse, shorten a working time in a furnace, and relieve the burden of a worker needing special skill. SOLUTION: This brick lifting tool comprises an annular beam support body 11; three lifting beams 12 radially arranged at equal angular intervals; a brick support arm 14 rotatably mounted on one end of each horizontal lifting beam; a brick lower part support device 13 to support the lower part of a block brick 3; a brick hanging down wire 35 moored at lifting bolts 31 arranged at each horizontal lifting beam and at equal intervals on the upper surface of a block brick situated right below each horizontal lifting block brick; a brick upper part lifting device 30 to lift a block brick; and a suspension wire having one end hanging down at the hook 40 of a crane and the other end hooked at the brick lower part support device.
