<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction valve and a discharge valve used only for an electromagnetic diaphragm pump and capable of greatly contributing to the reduction of noises while maintaining necessary sealability. SOLUTION: This pump is provided with a casing-shaped electromagnetic case, a pair of electromagnets arranged in the electromagnetic case to oppose each other, a vibrator provided between the opposing faces of the pair of electromagnets and reciprocated in a direction perpendicular to the opposing direction of the electromagnets, a pair of elastic diaphragms arranged in both end parts of the vibrator to oppose each other, and a valve body separated from the diaphragms and having a suction valve and a discharge valve. In this case, the suction valve 120 and the discharge valve 130 secured to the case body to have valve functions are respectively provided with thin circular valve shade parts 121 and 131, and the surface roughness Ra of the flat surface of the sealing side of each of the valve shade parts 121 and 131 is set in the range of 0.5 to 3.0μm.</p> |
