DATA TRANSFER CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a data transfer circuit preventing the deterioration of a data transfer rate. SOLUTION: Input/output lines IO1 and IO1 and IO2 and IO2 transmit mutually complementary data signals. Selection circuits SLA and SLB select from signal transfer lines DL1-DL3 the signal transfer line of potential similar to that of a signal transfer line which is not selected previous time and a signal transfer line which is not selected previous time in two signal transfer lines selected at the time of previous data transfer. One end in each line is connected to the input/output lines IO1 and IO1 and the other end to the input/output lines IO2 and IO2.
