摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an S/N ratio to realize high precision and high reliability by reducing an influence of a noise component represented by a dark current and stray light. SOLUTION: Spectroscopic analysis is carried out using a near-infrared spectroscopic analyzer comprising a near-infreared LED 12 as a pulse light emitting means, a means 2 for separating light into its spectral components, and an array type image sensor 5 as a light receiving means for the near-infrared light separated into its spectral components by the means 2. The light receiving means conducts processing of received signals by a charge amplifying system, and subtracts a noise signal in a condition where light emission of the LED light source 12 provided alternatingly with the received signals is prevented, from the received signal provided by synchronizing a pulse light from the LED light source 12 with a charge time of the light receiving means.</p>
