<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize an electron emitting amount from an electron emitting element, suppress deterioration of an element characteristic, suppress reduction of brightness, and uneveness of brightness. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method for an image forming device, an envelope 5 is formed in such a way that an electron source substrate 1 in which a plurality of electron emitting elements provided with a conductive film 108 including an electron emitting part are arranged, and a face-plate 4 having a fluorescent screen 7 are disposed opposing to each other; and a liquid including raw material for the conductive film 108 is supplied by ink-jet system, and furthermore baked so as to form the conductive film 108, and thereby non- evaporative getter type 9 is formed on the electron source substrate 1.</p> |
