<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a more reliable torque sensor by suppressing shift from an original neutral position when the torque sensor is assembled. SOLUTION: Impedance of each of a pair of coils for a manufacturing apparatus is imparted with a difference for canceling the deviation in the impedance of coils 20A, 20B caused by the arrangement of a tubular member 10 or a groove 2a, or the like, extending in the axial direction. The deviation is determined by a statistic method. A bridge circuit is formed of the pair of coils 20A, 20B of such a manufacturing apparatus and fixed resistors arranged at the same positions. Input and output shafts 2, 3 are then turned relatively and gradually under that state while monitoring the voltages at the end of the pair of coils and a rotational direction where the both voltage match each other is searched. At the position where both the voltage match each other, the input shaft 2 and a torsion bar 4 are pin jointed at the end parts thereof thus integrating them.</p> |
