PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a shutter arm from coming off even in the case of pulling it in the axial direction of a pivot by making aperture width in a radial direction centering the pivot of the hole of a cartridge frame body when a shutter member is closed in size that a snap-fit part does not get out of to the outside in the axial direction of the pivot. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a drum shutter for opening/closing the exposed part of an electrophotographic photoreceptor drum. The drum shutter is provided with a drum shutter member 18 covering over the photoreceptor drum and the shutter arm 18a whose tip is pivotally attached to the member 18 and whose base is pivotally attached to the pivot 18c of the cartridge frame body. The aperture width in the radial direction centering the pivot of the fan-shaped hole 23e in which the snap-fit part of the cartridge frame body is inserted is made smaller than the thickness of the pawl 23d part of the snap-fit part in a state where the member 18 is closed. Furthermore, it is made larger than the thickness of the pawl 23d part of the snap-fit part in a state where the member 18 is opened.
