PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably bring a developer regulating member into contact with a magnetic seal member by pressing a positioning arm provided on the back side of the abutting surface of the magnetic seal member on the developer regulating member by an elastic member. SOLUTION: The magnetic seal member 201 is equipped with an arm part 201d used when it is positioned in a developing frame. The arm part 201d is provided on an opposite side to the abutting surface 201f on the sheet metal part 9d1 of a developing blade 9d being the developer regulating member, and pressed to abut on the blade 9d by a spring member 202 attached in a positioning groove being the arm part attaching part of the developing frame. Thus, the member 201 surely comes in contact with the blade 9d. A contact part 202a extended from the end of the member 202, which does not abut on the member 201, abuts on the sheet metal part 9d1 of the blade 9d by elastic force, so that the continuity between the member 201 and the blade 9d can be attained in parallel. |
