PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reel relay driving circuit to measure the contact resistance of the reed relay at the minimum voltage that operates the reed relay. SOLUTION: It is checked whether a reed switch 2a of a reed relay 2 turns on or not while a buffer circuit 12 is turned off and the output voltage of a D/A converter 13 is decreased by 30 mV at a time. The procedure to decrease the output voltage of the D/A converter 13 by 30 mV at a time is repeated until it is confirmed that the reed switch 2a of the reed relay 2 turns on. When the reed switch 2a of the reed relay 2 turns on, and current is supplied through the reed switch 2a of the reed relay 2, such state is maintained and the contact resistance of the reed switch 2a of the reed relay 2 is measured.
