PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount/demount a ring unit without deforming in a sealing device formed by combining the ring unit with a seal ring. SOLUTION: While a ring unit 50 with a lip 42 of a seal ring 40 brought into contact is fitted in a clearance fitting condition or an intermediate fitting condition relating to a first member 20 of bearing inner ring or the like, the relative displacement between the first member 20 and the ring unit 50 is impeded by connection means 60 to 62, 71 to 76.
