PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively indicate the matching degree of radio locating information about each vessel type candidate by comprising a database in which radio equipment, etc., carried on each vessel type candidate record radio wave parameters of the frequency, pulsewidth, etc., and calculating the matching degree of the radio locating information with radio wave parameters of the carried radio equipment. SOLUTION: A database 14 has records every vessel type and stores radio wave parameters in fields in combination of carried radio equipment with the operating frequency, the pulsewidth, the pulse repetition frequency, etc. Upon inputting of a target information, an information processor 13 outputs a data request with vessel type candidates to the database 14, the database 14 extracts and outputs carried radio equipment and radio wave parameter values thereof every vessel type candidate to a vessel type selector 16 in response thereto, the selector 16 selects a vessel type having the highest matching degree, based on the matching degree of each vessel type candidate held in the information processor 13, and an indication controller 9 indicates the matching degree every vessel type candidate and the vessel type selected by the selector 16.
