PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized hydraulic transmission capable of reducing noise and vibration during shifting. SOLUTION: A hydraulic transmission is structured so that it is provided with fluid discharging means 103, 104 rotated-driven by a driving source 101 to discharge fluid in an input side casing 108 into an output side casing 110, and fluid driving means 105, 106 rotated-driven by fluid flowing from the input side casing 108 into the output side casing 110, and the amount of rotation-driven of the fluid discharging means, required for discharging a specified flow rate of fluid from the input side casing is different from the amount of rotation-drive of the fluid driving means, caused by the specified flow rate of fluid flowing into the output side casing.
