PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer the data to be preferentially transmitted with high transmission efficiency by supplying an interrupt access signal to an interrupt access signal line to interrupt the data under transmission and transmitting the preferential data. SOLUTION: A module M3 outputs an interrupt access request signal to an interrupt access request signal line 9, outputs an interrupt access signal to an interrupt access signal line 2 after receiving an interrupt access enabling signal and activates the line 2. As a result, a module M1 detects that the line 2 is activated, interrupts the burst transfer of data to the module M2 and opens an address data signal line 1. Meanwhile, a module M3 drives the opened line 1 to designate an address to a module M4 and to perform the burst transfer of data to the module M4.
