PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make preventable an illegal use even if a POT superior in portability is robbed by previously writing user certification data in the POT, embedding the same user certification data in a development kit required for AP generated on the user side and shipping it. SOLUTION: ROM 2 is a flash memory and it stores a system menu and OS. User certification data are written when the POT is shipped from a factory. RAM 3 is a static memory and it stores AP and a library function. AP developed on a personal computer by using a development kit on a user side is written into RAM 3 through RS-232C I/F 5 or optical communication I/F 6 constituting a communication line installed in POT from a personal computer. The writing of AP into RAM 3 is controlled by OS stored in ROM 2 and user certification data are written into AP written into RAM 3. |
