SOLUTION: Common commodity/information which do not specify an objective company are customized by using information stored in commodity DB 121 in accordance with information stored in rule DB 122 indicated from an input device 104 and information stored in destination DB 124. Suggestion information is generated and is stored in individual suggestion busket DB 125.
