<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow plural expanded devices belonging to a docking unit to be respectively utilized as a simple body from a portable information device through a common interface part. SOLUTION: Each expanded device (expanded external storage device 9) of the docking unit 2 and an interface part 7 with the portable information device 1 are made detachable from the unit 2, and the expanded external storage device 9 detached from the unit 2 and other expanded devices are also connected to the portable information device 1 by using the interface part 7 in a common manner. Consequently, only minimum expanded devices can be attached and utilized in the portable information device 1 through one interface part, and the loss of the portability of the device 1 can be suppressed.</p> |
