PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain with a simple constitution an on-vehicle information controller, which can improve the safety and reliability of a train. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle information controller gives a power running command or braking command to a drive device 4 which drives a train and a braking device 5 which brakes the train. The controller is provided with a detection means, which detects the state of the train including partial or the all of speed, acceleration, position, and weight of the train, a comparing means which compares the value of at least either the power running command or braking command given to the driving device 4 and braking device 5 with the train state detecting output of the detecting means, and another detecting means, which detects the abnormality of the train from the compared results of the comparing means. |
